Where to Sign up for Obamacare:

The process by which Individuals, families and small businesses sign up for Obama Care depends on your state of residence.

Marketplaces have been established on the state level for the states that have chosen to do so. Other states have deferred to the Federally Facilitated Exchange.

Health Insurance Exchange for Individuals and Families

Health Insurance Exchanges have been set up for every state either at the state level or the federal level. Some states have opted to use navigators only and some will utilize both navigators and agents and brokers. Group Insurance covering 50 or less employees will sign up through the SHOP (Small Business Health Insurance Options).

Small business group coverage will be available through the Health Insurance Exchange for groups. The SHOP marketplace or exchange will provide many options for small groups.
